1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation policy applies to engagement kits and related services purchased from Mceles Digital with prices listed on mceles.digital (KRW 930,000 to KRW 4,700,000 depending on kit). It supplements your specific contract or order confirmation.
2. Eligibility for Refund
For digital template and kit deliveries: you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if materials have not been substantially customized or deployed to your dealer network. For consulting components (e.g., Channel Program Starter workshops), cancellation terms are defined in your statement of work.
3. Full and Partial Refunds
Full refund: available within the 14-day window for unused digital kits where download/access occurred but no dealer deployment took place. Partial refund: may apply if delivery was incomplete due to our error, calculated proportionally to undelivered modules. No refund for completed workshops or custom-branded materials already delivered.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Non-refundable: custom copywriting and branding add-ons after approval; on-site facilitation already performed; third-party license fees paid on your behalf; and kits where materials were distributed to more than three (3) dealer locations under your account.
5. Refund Process
Email [email protected] with your order reference, purchase date, and reason for request. We will confirm receipt within three (3) business days and respond with a decision within ten (10) business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time and Method
Refunds are initiated within five (5) business days of approval. Bank processing may take an additional five (5) to fourteen (14) business days depending on your institution. Refunds are issued in KRW to the original payer.
7. Cancellation and Consumer Rights (Korea)
Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related Korean consumer regulations, distance contracts for digital content may have specific cancellation rights.
